Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced field sales professional to join our team at an international firm in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of the wholesale industry and a proven track record in sales management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share. They will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success in meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Identify potential customers and establish relationships to drive new business opportunities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on sales performance and market trends
  • Travel to different regions within Egypt to meet with clients and oversee sales operations
  • Train and onboard new sales representatives and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the wholesale industry
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing distributors' sales teams
  • Ability to travel within Egypt and potentially internationally
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
