About the Role:

  • We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive corporate revenue growth.
  • You will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of sales professionals, managing key partnerships, and ensuring alignment between sales and marketing strategies.
  • Your expertise will be critical in identifying new market opportunities and driving the recruitment of strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

You will develop and implement corporate sales strategies that align with overall company objectives. This includes identifying new market opportunities and driving the recruitment of strategic partners.

Team Management

You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing corporate sales team. This involves setting clear goals and performance metrics to drive accountability and results.

Partnership Development

You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for growth. You will also negotiate contracts and agreements that align with business objectives.

Sales Enablement

You will collaborate with marketing to create effective corporate marketing programs and sales tools. You will also provide training and resources to partners to enhance their sales capabilities.

Performance Analysis

You will monitor corporate sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for executive leadership. You will utilize insights to optimize strategies and address challenges in real-time.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You will work closely with product management, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for corporate initiatives. You will also participate in executive leadership meetings to contribute to overall business strategy.

Market Intelligence

You will stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developments. You will act as a thought leader in the corporate sales space and represent the company at industry events.
