A sustainable waste management Company ( waste to energy) is hiring an Office Administrator

**Job description**:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as needed.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, etc.).
- Assist in onboarding new employees.

**Requirements**:

- 6th of October Residents or Nearby areas Only.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Any bachelor degree is OK
- Excellent command of English is a must

Attractive Salary offered based on experience.

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£10,000.00 per month
