Today, we are recruiting for **Site Office Administrator** position to Join our Team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.
**What are my responsibilities?**
- Set up and maintain the site office, ensuring it is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies and resources.
- Manage office schedules, including staff rotations, breaks, and visitor appointments.
- Oversee the office layout and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Act as a liaison between the site team, project managers, and the main office.
- Assist in organizing site meetings, including preparing agendas and recording meeting minutes.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and files.
- Assist in preparing, editing, and formatting reports, memos, and other project-related documents.
- Handle document distribution and ensure information is shared with the appropriate team members.
- Ensure that safety protocols and regulations are followed on the construction site.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to ensure a safe working area.
- Coordinate site deliveries and shipments of materials and equipment.
- Manage inventory and track the usage of site supplies.
**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent, additional certifications in office administration or project management are a plus.
- Experience in office administration, preferably in a construction or project-based setting.
- Ability to work on the Project Mobilization Sites of the High-Speed Rail Project in Egypt and willingness to travel and work from various sites
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency in English language both written and spoken is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
