Today, we are recruiting for the **“Quantity Surveyor”** for Siemens Mobility Egypt to join our High-Speed Train Project Team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for Talented Professionals from Rail /Transportation Business looking to join a truly international team.

**Job Summary**:
This position will be working to follow up and document changes to contract conditions and tender documents realized in all project sites throughout the project’s execution period and gathering information and corresponding documentation.

**Your new role - challenging and future-oriented**
- He/She will be feeding change management process for follow up of claims and dispute management.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required
- Verification of info gathered from System Engineering team

**Your qualifications - solid and appropriate**
- Technical background to execute different delay analyses is required.
- Arabic and good level of English is required.
