Today, we are recruiting for the “Executive Assistant” position based out of Cairo to join our Regional Team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for talented professionals looking to join a truly international team.

**Your Role - International, Challenging and Future-Oriented**
- Coordinate complex calendars, prioritize requests, and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Primary point of contact for a broad range of internal and external people including international visitors, customers, and key leaders
- Assist in controlling and analyzing financial reports on quarterly basis for the project management.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting process.
- Generate monthly performance and inventory reports for management.
- Handle inquiries from internal, external parties
- Plan meetings and workshops, including assisting in the preparation of presentations, preparing agendas, managing invitations, tracking attendees, organizing rooms, and other necessary equipment or logistics. You play an active part in facilitating these meetings & workshops, and compile the results and the minutes with action items in a timely manner
- Responsible for organizing business trips (flight, hotel reservations, visas, etc.) and handling travel expense reports for the Commercial Director
- Support project planning, milestone tracking and following up with key stakeholders
- Working independently, you will draw up and design convincing presentations tailored to specific target groups and will interact eloquently with these target groups
- You will take care of processing purchase orders and support invoice processing and accounts payable reconciliation in compliance with internal guidelines
**Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital and Solid**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant majors
- Professional experience as an assistant to senior leadership and interacting with internal and external executives
- Working in a multicultural team and show strong cultural awareness
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Excellent interpersonal skills
