Today, we are recruiting for **Project Assistant** position to Join our Team in Egypt.This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, milestones, and timelines.
- Track project progress and update relevant mangers regularly.
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and conference calls, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
- Generate and maintain project-related documents, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.
- Compile data and prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed about project progress and performance.
- Assist in preparing post-project evaluations and lessons learned documents.
- Manage project-related communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Assist in contractual and commercial correspondences.
- Implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Act as a liaison between project managers and team members, ensuring everyone is well-informed and aligned with project goals.
- Organize and maintain project-related data and files for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist in data collection and analysis for project evaluation and decision-making.
- Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Identify potential risks and issues and report them to the Green Line Project Manager promptly.

**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any equivalent field.
- Prior experience in project management or administrative support
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Ability to work on the Project Mobilization Sites of the High-Speed Rail Project in Egypt and willingness to travel and work from various sites.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in the English language both written and spoken.
