Today, we are recruiting for the Commercial Project Manager to Join our Project Team in Cairo office. This is an excellent career opportunity for Experience CPMs from Rail /Transportation Business looking to join a truly international team.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Checking and Booking of supplier’s invoices by verification with purchase orders.
- Communicate with customers. Monitoring and controlling the collections
- Following up inputs from several stakeholder's and support in the preparation of the overall forecast for the project cost and cashflow
- Manage the sales invoice issuance and collection.
- Generate monthly performance reports for AR.
- Assist in controlling and analyzing financial reports on quarterly basis for the project management
- Assist in Budgeting and Forecasting process
- Accounts Payable monitoring
- Updating the Project Actual Vs Budget/Forecast report.
- Monitoring of suppliers’ letter of Guarantees

**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Degree in BA, Finance, or relevant qualification from reputable university.
- Commercial project management experience.
- Min 5 years of realtive working experience is a must; international experience / experience working in multicultural teams is a plus.
- Experince with SAP.
- Experience with calculation methods, finance models, forecasting, project controlling (including customs, logistics, and export control), contract and claim management.
- Comfort to implement accounting principles (IFRS), tax, insurances, NCM, FX strategies as required on the project.
- Teamwork, collaboration, and good interpersonal skills; negotiation skills are a plus.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic
