Today, we are recruiting for Project Assistant to Join Siemens Mobility Project Team in Cairo office. This is an excellent career opportunity to join a truly international team.
**Your Role - International, Challenging and Future-Oriented**
- Keep a “team calendar” and record and plan the whereabouts of the managers, team members and visitors, including business trips, vacation times, other absence
- Arrange for in country transport, travel and other resources (e.g. meeting rooms in-house, conference facilities in country and abroad, other requirements)
- Arrange meetings with customers and partners, starting with checking participant’s availability, up to arranging dates, time and venue. Provide agenda, complete the minutes and distribute information as required
- Arrange incoming and outgoing travel, organize hotel, transport, support for visitors
- Process expense claims and invoices of all kinds
- Process incoming and outgoing routine correspondence in close co-operation with technical colleagues and document management. This includes to “beautify” correspondence and documents, which may be handed over in a draft status, i.e. bringing such documents and correspondence in the right format, checking for spelling, grammar and formatting
- Fine tune and beautify power point presentations, excel sheets, and other documents, after a draft version was handed over.
- Collect and prepare project data, like progress reports, absence and expense statistics, deputizing arrangements, and enter those in documents or tools for further use
- Keep the electronic filing system organized, as well the paper or scan copy based filing system
- Ensure manager and team obey to basic rules for office organization, communication and information flow
**Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital and Solid**
- Highly developed communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
- 2+ years of relevant working experience
- Excellent and proven capabilities with computer programs and browser based tools of any kind, including new and ever changing ones
- Supportive, yet bold and target oriented attitude, while always keeping professional courtesy
- Well structured working style, excellent organizational skills, ability to keep the overview and control even in turbulent, uncertain, volatile and ambiguous situations
- Used to and willing to work in an international, multicultural environment with all kind of hierarchical levels and varying individual characters and personalities
- Hard working, fast in understanding new and changed requirements, high amount of self-sufficiency, motivation and initiative
