Today, we are recruiting for a **Documentation Manager **to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Manage all site documentation including site access checklists, inspection reports, installation release notices, progress reports, handover documents etc.
- Responsible for the daily registration, uploading, submission, and archiving of site documents on the EDMs.
- Follow up on the relevant workflow assigned for the site management team until release and final approval.
- Responsible for the internal distribution of the received site documentation and mail.
- Responsible for the correct appliance of documentation codes designed for technical documents and correspondence.
- Follow up on the punch lists and different types of reports.
- Ensure the full right process of registration, maintenance, and final archiving of Minutes of Meetings for the Site management team.
- Ensure the appliance of version and revision control over received documents.
- Responsible for distribution and filing of hard and soft copies.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of all measures necessary for security (access control and user rights, integrity of documents, recovery of documents, storage and archiving of documents in paper and electronic form)
- Maintain the project document master list and create files accordingly in the EDMS.
- Coordinate the documents to be created with the PM (Project Manager), sub-PM, and project members.
- Follow the document management procedure & and plan and ensure that all approved policies and procedures are consistently followed and administrated throughout the project duration.
- Submit documents to customer/other stakeholders, monitor & and control the document status within the relevant deadlines.
- Support the site & installation teams.
- Control, monitor, and report on documentation issues (status and plan dates of documents)
- Coordinate any translation of documents.
- Support in user administration and user support.

**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in documentation management, preferably in engineering railway projects or the construction industry.
- Site management-related experience is a must.
- Experience in preparing submissions to meet contractual requirements.
- Great knowledge of project management principles for project realization and execution
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Independent and structured approach to work
- Excellent communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills.
