The Office Administrator will organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The Office Administrator will create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
**Primary responsibilities**:
- Welcoming and directing visitors, coordinating meetings and appointments
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and information in a useful and easily retrievable manner
- Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals for suppliers
- Supporting the HR Admin team with additional tasks as assigned
- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by regularly monitoring the office environment and taking effective action where needed
- Managing the cleaning team to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
- Monitoring the office environment on a regular basis to ensure policy compliance and reporting in a timely manner
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in Office Administration
- Superb clarity in communication
- Efficient organizational, time management and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
