**Job Description**:
SEGULA Technologies are looking to employ a dedicated Administrator Officer who is happy to support the Egyptian team’s ongoing growth in the automotive, rail, aerospace & defense, energy, life sciences, and marine sectors.
- Perform a variety of planning and administrative duties including task follow up, producing documents and correspondence, taking minutes and other related tasks as required.
- Provide administrative support through calendar management, arranging meetings, organizing travel arrangements, reconciliation and processing of expenses and organizing general events of the Business Development Managers
- Perform a variety of data collection and analysis activities that require MS Office and collaboration tool skills including Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint creation and Bluescape
- Be in regular contact with the Business Development Managers and the Managing director
