To strengthen our Finance team in our Egyptian Branch Office, we are looking for a

**Finance & Contract Manager (M/F/d)**

to start as soon as possible in Cairo, Egypt**.**

As Finance & Contract Manager you will be responsible for the financial and contractual management of projects and the financial interaction between Headquarter and foreign
branches. Specific tasks include:
**Accounting**
- Consolidation of Branch Closing and Headquarter
- Support in local Branch accounting

**Project Implementation**
- Prepare and finalize contracts with freelancers and partner companies.
- Provide day-to-day project backstopping regarding financial and contractual issues.
- Set-up and manage projects in our internal ERP system, including budget monitoring.

**Project Acquisition**
- Read and analyze terms of references and drafted contracts from the client.
- Develop and provide internal calculations and financial proposals on time.
- Support in the creation of pre-bid agreements with partners.

**Taxes**
- Provide support in tax related questions during the tender phase
- Deal with tax relevant issues in the project country.

**A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US**:
**Your profile**:

- Very good understandings of accounting, including of consolidation of balance sheets and P& L
- Basic knowledge of taxes
- Fluent in English and French
- Very good Excel knowledge
- Affinity to work with IT systems (ERP, accounting software)
- Very good communication skills
