Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors in order to achieve the company target. (On going)
- Implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results in order to determine annual unit and gross-profit plans. (Annualy)
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. (Annualy)
- Achieve sales budget along with monitoring the profitability.(Monthly)
Set the strategic direction for trade activities/ trends with the concerned department in order to achieve the monthly targets. (Monthly)
- Recommends distribution of credit facility among the areas or channels as per business needs in order to achieve sales targets. (On going)
- Coordinate with marketing department to ensure market share sustainability & growth. (Monthly)
Interfere to change any unusual stock status in the market in co-ordination with concerned department. (Monthly)
- Identify new business opportunities to ensure growth with the objective of maximizing long term profits. (On going)
Preparing the yearly Sales Forecast and putting a plan for the Sales team to help them achieving their Targets (Annualy)
