The position is based in **Cairo, Egypt** and will report directly to Commercial Excellence Director. The role encompasses comprehensive management and optimization of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Commercial Excellence strategies, including data analysis, target setting, CRM system management, stakeholder communication, and compliance oversight to drive sales performance and enhance customer engagement.

**Your Responsibilities will be**:

- ** Raw Data Collection and Liaison**:

- Coordinate with META Commercial Excellence managers for various tasks such as raw data collection of Potential/Adoption values, Territory alignment, FLSM-REP linking, Product rep links, etc.
- **Sales Force Reporting System Management**:

- Manage Sales Force Effectiveness Reporting System including Data Analysis & Maintenance, Sales Incentive management, and communication with Sales & Marketing teams.
- **Standard Parameters Design and Implementation**:

- Design and implement QTQ standard parameters through a systematic reporting system.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Communicate dashboard updates during conferences, Business Reviews, and weekly sales communications.
- **Selling Program Assimilation**:

- Implement and promote assimilation of selling program initiatives.
- **Sales Force Effectiveness Boost**:

- Boost Sales Force Effectiveness through strategic initiatives.
- **Sales Efficiency Increase**:

- Increase Sales Efficiency via Sales Force deployment and multi-country projects coordination.
- **KPI Definition and Deployment**:

- Define KPIs, deploy them in CRM, and ensure follow-up.
- **CRM System Management**:

- Responsible for CRM day-to-day system management to enable accurate up-to-date customer interactions.
- Optimize ongoing engagement with customers and implement CRM roadmap for maximization of CRM system functions.
- **Training and Engagement**:

- Deliver training and engagement plans to ensure all commercial teams can effectively use the system.
- **KPI Reporting and Accountability**:

- Follow up and report all KPIs related to MC programs & initiatives with accountability.
- **Technical and Process Management**:

- Manage technical and process requirements, ensure Structure changes are implemented and up to date within the CRM system.
- **Compliance Management**:

- Ensure CRM compliance with Data Protection and Privacy Laws and act in accordance with these laws when conducting CRM activities.
- **SMART Analytics and Reporting**:

- Manage SMART Analytics reporting and data validation for Egypt and communication with relevant stakeholders on KPIs and actions needed.
- **Samples Inventory Management**:

- Responsible for maintaining the Samples inventory Procedures as per LQR Policy, including stock received, stock handed out to Medical Representatives, and Balance.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum 7 years related working experience in the Sales & Marketing consulting in Healthcare or in International Commercial Excellence/SFE roles, in Healthcare companies.
- Deep knowledge of SFE methodologies & approaches in the context of Healthcare.
- Experience in driving change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with data analysis & the use of excel (Advanced skills in Microsoft package and Power BI)
- Strong leadership through influence.
- Ability to drive change management.
- Capable to establish and maintain collaboration with many diverse people and cultures on all organizational levels.
- Strong accountability, result oriented and ability to prioritize.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, fluency in English at a professional level is mandatory.
- Solid approach to problem solving based on strong business acumen.
