Sales Operations Manager

Nok Human Capital is a leading recruitment agency hiring a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our fintech team in Sheraton. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the inside sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop training programs and provide ongoing coaching to improve team performance.
  • Evaluate, refine, and streamline sales processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee the use of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to track key performance metrics and sales data.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Ensure that the inside sales team follows best practices and sales techniques to successfully convert leads into customers.
  • Closely collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment on sales objectives.
  • Implement processes to enhance customer retention, ensuring that customer feedback is captured and addressed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in a sales operations or sales management role, preferably within the payment processing, fintech, or digital services industries.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor sales teams, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • CRT Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, and other sales tracking tools.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Process-Oriented: Ability to optimize sales workflows and design efficient sales processes.
  • Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting insights and strategies to senior leadership.
