Nok Human Capital is seeking a highly experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our regional sales team in the FMCG sector.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Distribute duties among the sales team, set sales goals for each group, review performance, and ensure high professional standards while implementing sales plans to achieve required objectives.
  • Monitor sales figures, analyze deviations from planned targets, and prepare periodic reports on sales activities for each product.
  • Allocate sales areas to each manager and determine sales volume expectations.
  • Investigate customer issues, develop solutions, and monitor implementation to ensure satisfaction and prevent future complaints.
  • Oversee contract implementation with clients and coordinate with Warehouse and Operations to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor collection processes and intervene to resolve any defaults as necessary.

Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector.
  • FMCG background is a must
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • MBA is a plus
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
