Sales and Business Development Manager

Nok Human Capital is seeking a highly experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our regional sales team in the FMCG sector.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute duties among the sales team, set sales goals for each group, review performance, and ensure high professional standards while implementing sales plans to achieve required objectives.
- Monitor sales figures, analyze deviations from planned targets, and prepare periodic reports on sales activities for each product.
- Allocate sales areas to each manager and determine sales volume expectations.
- Investigate customer issues, develop solutions, and monitor implementation to ensure satisfaction and prevent future complaints.
- Oversee contract implementation with clients and coordinate with Warehouse and Operations to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Monitor collection processes and intervene to resolve any defaults as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector.
- FMCG background is a must
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- MBA is a plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
