We are seeking a skilled Cross-Functional Customer Support Expert to join our team in Qesm 1st 6 October. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, technical support, and global services to clients across various industries.
The Role
This is a full-time on-site position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and escalating to internal teams as needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an asset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO or customer experience setting
