Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our sales operations team and drive growth in the payment processing industry.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fintech startup as a Sales Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the inside sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

You will develop training programs, provide coaching, and evaluate sales processes to ensure efficiency and scalability. You will also oversee the use of CRM systems to track key performance metrics and sales data, analyze sales performance data, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

In addition, you will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on sales objectives. You will implement processes to enhance customer retention and capture customer feedback.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a sales operations or sales management role, preferably within the payment processing, fintech, or digital services industries.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
