Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in New Cairo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and account management.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in account management, project management, or buying experience, with a proven track record of delivering results. You will be working closely with vendors to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive their growth on our platform.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing relationships to expand our vendor base.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to drive their success.
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, project management, or buying
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
