**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Career Development Specialist to join our team at Whitecollars. As a key member of our career counselling services, you will be responsible for providing personalized guidance to clients, helping them achieve their career goals.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, understanding their needs and expectations. You will be working closely with our Career Counselling Consultant to deliver high-quality services, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their career aspirations and goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and job search strategies.
  • Conduct thorough job searches, applying for suitable positions on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate with the Career Counselling Consultant to ensure seamless service delivery, meeting client expectations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of client data and service outcomes into our cloud database.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and service documents.
  • Adhere to quality standards and guidelines, conducting self-checks to ensure the accuracy and quality of work.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to ensure smooth service delivery, assisting team members as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions and skill development programs, suggesting improvements to service processes and client engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in career counselling or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using career counselling tools and software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
