Overview:

You will be responsible for delivering career guidance services under the supervision of a senior career consultant. This role involves writing customized CVs, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, conducting job searches, applying for positions, and providing interview preparation in line with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored CVs and cover letters aligned with clients' professional goals.
  • Orientate LinkedIn profiles to enhance clients' online presence.
  • Conduct thorough job searches and submit applications on behalf of clients.

Collaboration with Consultant:

  • Work closely with the Career Counselling Consultant to understand client needs and expectations.
  • Adhere to the Consultant's instructions to ensure that services are delivered according to the client's plan.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the Career Counselling Consultant.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and timely entry of all client data and service outcomes into our cloud database.
  • Organize records of client interactions and service documents.

Quality Control:

  • Comply with quality standards and guidelines provided by the Career Counselling Consultant.
  • Regularly inspect work to ensure accuracy and quality before submission to the Consultant.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with other associates and the Consultant to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Offer assistance to team members as needed to meet client demands and deadlines.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.
  • Share suggestions for improving service processes and client engagement based on personal experience and client feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in career guidance or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing career guidance tools and software.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per annum
