Overview

Whitecollars is a leading career services provider, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Career Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of career counseling services to clients and leading a team of career counseling specialists.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities based on individual and team performance.

About the Role

The Senior Career Development Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the quality of service delivery, and guiding a team of associates to achieve company standards and client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within their assigned group (entry, mid-level, or senior). Conduct initial consultations to assess client needs and expectations. Develop personalized career development plans for each client. Deliver post-plan reports, insights, and recommendations for every client.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Career Counseling Associates, providing guidance and oversight. Allocate clients to associates based on team capacity and expertise. Monitor team performance and ensure service delivery meets established SLAs. Provide training and development for specialists, offering necessary coaching and managing their performance.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of all career counseling services for clients. Deliver interview preparation and coaching sessions to clients. Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with clients' plans and company standards. Review and approve work completed by associates, including CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and job applications.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on the work produced by the team. Ensure adherence to internal KPIs and quality standards. Address and resolve any issues in service delivery promptly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in career counseling or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized career development plans.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in career counseling.
