As an HR Officer at Ebdaa Digital Technology, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our company's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Recruitment and Staffing**:

- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening of resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources.

2. **Employee Relations**:

- Address employee grievances and work to resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.

3. **HR Administration**:

- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Administer payroll and provide support in benefits administration.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a technology or digital company.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office.

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
