**ROLE SUMMARY**:
- Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, we are seeking an outstanding, committed and energetic HR Officer to join King’s School The Crown who must have a solid experience in all facets of work visa and residence permit processing, liaison with relevant ministry offices, and representing the school when dealing with different authorities and ministries.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Although this list is not exhaustive, the position holder will be responsible for the following:
- Process all types of visas including employment visas, and residence visas for employees.
- Assist the Government Relations Officer with immigration-related tasks and other stuff.
- Submit relevant documents periodically to the immigration/labor office.
- Represent the school in dealing with different authorities
- Social Insurance, Labor Office, Ministries, Immigration, etc.
- Liaise and work closely with the Human Resources Clerk to ensure that forms and formats for all transactions are correct and complete prior to submission.
- Prepare a monthly report on work permits, visa reconciliation, and social insurance.
- Maintain and cultivate goodwill and good relationships with Government Departments.
- Process any required work with the MOE related to work permits, exemptions, teaching staff paperwork checking, and approvals.
- Be up to date in regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws/rules/regulations, changes in forms/formats, and other procedures, and keep the Head of Human Resources advised of such changes.
- Carry out other relevant tasks and duties as assigned.
- Perform other work-related tasks as and when required by the line and matrix manager.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in law.
- In-depth working knowledge of Egyptian Labour Law.
- In-depth working knowledge of immigration (work visa & residence permit) law.
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in the same position.
- Confidence with the use of MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Good in English at an academic standard.
- Effective Communication.
- A demonstrable passion for the profession.
- Adaptability.
- Excellent organizational skills.
