Mycareer is a career counselling company that provides a variety of career counselling services to help people build happy and healthy careers. We are currently seeking to add a proactive and meticulous HR Intern to our team. You will be able to assist in the creation and execution of HR initiatives as an HR intern and obtain practical experience in a range of HR-related tasks. This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about HR, eager to learn, and interested in the career counseling industry.

**Conditions**:

- Unpaid Internship
- Working remotely from home
- Working hours: 4 hours Daily
- Days off: Friday and Saturday
- Duration : 3 months

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the recruitment center with coordination support including screening CVs, and conducting phone interviews.
- Manage the core HR administrative process, for all interns.
- Manage and maintain personnel files and keep all HR documentation up to date.
- Manage Induction process for new starters at all levels, including preparing materials.
- Support the performance management process. Provide employees and supervisors with appropriate information to conduct reviews as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate above the 3rd year or Fresh Graduate in Business management, Marketing, Communications, PR, HR
- Preferred GUC, AUC, and BUE University students or graduates
- 0 - 1 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A strong and dependable team player
- An independent worker and self-starter, ready to Go Beyond to deliver excellent performance

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
