To assist the HR Manager and branch managers in providing a comprehensive HR administration service.
- To act as a first point of contact for all employees regarding holidays, sick days, and any other queries both professional and personal in accordance with Egyptian Labour Law.
- To monitor employee attendance.
- Maintain an up-to-date Procedures Manual for all HR duties.
- To produce and communicate employee schedules for fairs/events.
- To ensure accurate HR records on all employees.
- To be a keyholder for all offices within the country.
- Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department, for example, sorting post,

telephone answering, devising standard Human Resources documents and letters, travel arrangements and to manage the HR inbox.
- Manage the implementation and monitoring of HR processes including recruitment and

selection, employment contracts and variations, starters and leavers, employment checks,

induction, mandatory/other training, probationary period review, performance and

development review, maternity/paternity/shared parental leave, flexible working requests

and the evaluation of training, providing appropriate support and coaching to all management.
- Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
- Analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
- To work closely with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures and to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
- Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures by liaising with line managers and the HR department.
- Prepare employee handbooks.
- Executing the health and safety checks across offices and reporting them to the HR department.
- Assist employees with any office-related needs or challenges.
- Organizing offices’ storage

Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the office; organize handymen visits when required, office improvements and maintenance.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
