We are hiring HR Administrator who will support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. The HR Administrator responsibilities include organising corporate events, office administration, updating HR documents and staff records, and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organisational skills and be familiar with HR functions.
**Key responsibilities & duties**:
- Organise, maintain and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information.
- Supervise new employee on-boarding, prepare documentation, and conduct orientation sessions. Keep a track record of leaves such as sick or maternity.
- Update company policies and FAQ Documents in lieu of head of HR.
- Update, maintain, and present reports with KPIs such as turnover rates and hires by each department.
- Administer performance management program by monitoring employee appraisals and salary revisions
- Set up training workshops and corporate events for employees.
- Organise business travels for staff members and managers.
- Coordinate office logistics such as equipment, supplies, furniture, and maintenance.
- Handle office administration tasks such as handing and receiving HR documents, distributing medical insurance cards and giveaways to employees, filing and updating records etc.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll etc.
- Ensure that the employees abide by LXT’ policies and report any violations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience as HR Admin in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office.
- Organisational skills and detail-oriented mentality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive and professional attitude.
