In this role you will assist in the study, analysis and processing of information related to the compensation and benefits and any related projects.

**What You Will Do**:

- The role supports the regional C&B COE in various compensation programs.
- Support in various regional projects around incentive plans, market data analysis, harmonization (allowance, benefits, variable pay plans), M&A work et al.
- The role will also support in various compensation operations through data analytics.
- Support in creating communication materials for compensation and benefits processes and practices in the organization.
- Supports in key compensation processes through status updates, key insights, trends and reporting.
- Analyses the compensation data against the compensation policies and reports non-compliant cases and behavior.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques / excel and provide ongoing reports.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems, as and when needed
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data set.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
**Technical Competencies**:

- Strong analytical & logical capability
- Must have strong Advance excel skills: pivots, lookups, regression, conditional formulas, nested formulate, array formulae etc.
- Strong power point skills
- Compensation & benefits understanding desirable
**Behavioral Competencies**:

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn fast
- Ability to work with multiple data sources and present the results in logical manner
- Critical Evaluation
- Detail oriented
- Strong Time Management skills
