Our Health and Benefits business helps large and mid-size clients control health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, compliance and governance strategies.

The Role

**Clients**
- Support the Senior Consultants in meetings with clients as required. Maintain direct contact with clients as agreed with the senior consultant.
- Prepare service agreements for own clients, including renewal documents, stewardship reports and client feedback reports as required by Statement of Work.

**Excellence**
- Implement and maintains compliance systems in accordance with the H&B Excellence Model.
- Responsible for ensuring that insurance placements and technical standards of our offerings to clients meet the agreed client expectations. Responsible for compliance procedures for own clients.

**Financial**
- Ensure the Senior Consultants are fully informed of revenue and margin requirements in order to deliver agreed level of service to clients
- Identify and pursue cross selling and referral opportunities with own clients.
- Responsible for profitability of own clients. Will cooperate closely with Senior Consultants to ensure that correct fee/commission levels are negotiated with own clients.

**People**
- Coaching: Assisting the senior consultant in developing the skills of the team members. This includes facilitating coaching and mentoring programs from within, and outside the team to ensure that all team members have properly constituted personal development plans.
- Work collaboratively within the office and foster an atmosphere of respect and spirited teamwork

**Requirements**:

- Median level IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
- Skilled in use and management of broking systems appropriate to own office
- Cross Selling
- Client Relationship Management
- Team Management
- Minimum 5 years insurance experience including at least 3 years managing client service teams
- Experience in delivering applicable compliance standards in client service teams
- Broad knowledge of local insurance markets in own country and working knowledge of international insurance market.
- Detailed technical knowledge of insurance policies in areas appropriate to own business unit.
