**About this opportunity**
We are looking for a RSC EHS Team Lead who has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.

**What you will do**
- Plan and follow-up EHS planned activities in daily basis.
- Conducts assessments on RSC EHS Inspectors work, Live activities and Post Activities.
- Identify improvement areas in RSC EHS Inspection process, checklist and Ways of Working.
- Lead/Audit training and experience for the RSC EHS Inspectors (On-job-training and mentoring as well)
- Incident Investigation training and Skills.
- Able to conduct Remote work activity audits, be able to identify hazard in second, from videos and photos.
- Identify non-conformities with regards to RSC EHS Inspectors, Inspections skills.
- Review quality of RSC EHS Inspections.
- Review and measure RSC EHS Inspector Time versus Inspection versus quality.

**You will bring**
- Resolve disputes between RSC EHS Inspectors and Operations.
- Calculation of RSC EHS Inspectors time versus number of site inspections.
- Review EHS RSC Inspectors workload and manhours.
- Investigate complaints with regards to RSC Inspections and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Provide required RSC Monthly KPI reports.
- Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy.
- Business and Customer Oriented and satisfaction.
- Knowledge about Ericsson business and governance model.
- Formulating strategies and concepts.
- Adhering to principles and values.
- People management skill (empower, delegate and follow up)
- Min 7-9 years working in EHS role within Telecommunications sector.
- Must Have International OHS Certification (NEBOSH)
