About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Transformational Leader for Large Group Operations.

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of a large group based in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Support: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening and directing calls and emails.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee special projects and events, both internal and external.
  • Office Administration: Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Financial Support: Assist in the preparation of budgets and reports.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Team Support: Provide support to other members of the executive team as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discretion: Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Cultural Knowledge: Knowledge of local business practices and culture is an asset.

About Our Offer
