Job Description
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced CHRO to lead our human resources function in Cairo, Egypt. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and Egyptian labor laws, as well as excellent leadership and people management skills. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business objectives.
- Lead and manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we have the right talent to support our growth and success.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to ensure a high-performing culture.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee the compensation and benefits program, ensuring it is competitive and aligned with our goals.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels to promote employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
