Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Human Resources and Talent Development to lead our HR function in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time position that requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

About the Role

The Head of Human Resources and Talent Development will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our organization's overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include leading recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and overseeing performance management and employee relations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our organization's business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the right talent supports our growth and success.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations through policy development and implementation.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work culture by developing and maintaining effective communication channels.
  • Performance Management and Training: Oversee performance management processes and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Requirements

To succeed as our Head of Human Resources and Talent Development, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with a Master's degree. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the healthcare industry, is required. You should possess excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
