As a Human Resources Strategist with WHO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives. This includes:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulations.
  2. Providing expert advice and guidance to management on human resources matters, including recruitment, selection, and employee development.
  3. Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination on human resources-related issues.
  4. Managing and analyzing data to inform human resources decisions and identify areas for improvement.
