Cairo Operations Director

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the position of Office Manager to CEO, Large Group in Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening and directing calls and emails.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and events, both internal and external.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide support to other members of the executive team as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of local business practices and culture is an asset.
A competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
