1: PREVENTIVE AND PLANNED MAINTENANCE Carry out maintenance (preventive / planned / subassembly rebuilding) in accordance with procedures in order to ensure equipment availability for production and minimize the interruption of equipment run ability. Prepare the weekly maintenance plan, follow up the executed tasks and ensure the spare parts flow. Coordinate and execute tasks in case of machines' overhauling working and assisting the manufacturer specialists. 2: TROUBLESHOOTING AND PRODUCTION SUPPORT: Accurate adjustment and fixes the quality and operational troubles in order to improve the quality of the product, to decrease reject rate and to improve the efficiency Anticipate and/or identify sources of problems, which appear during production process and take appropriate actions to ensure production process continuity and to improve the equipment's efficiency. Timely inform his / her superior, colleagues about the events during the shift, discuss related problems and agree on action plans thus contribute to uninterrupted operation at required performance level. 3: EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION AND MODIFICATION/UPGRADE: Coordinate and perform installation and modification of production equipment in accordance with schedule and documentation in order to ensure the equipment availability on time. Participate in planning sessions, assisting project engineer, execute the installation tasks assigned, follow up and report the status/results of the installation. 4: SPARE PARTS MONITORING: Recommend spare parts requirements in order to ensure the availability and minimize the consumption. Monitor and assist the spare parts analyst in maintaining the spare parts software database program to ensure that the informational system reflects the physical stock situation. 5: TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION: Ensure that technical documentation is kept up to date in order to maintain the reliability of the information. Coordinate, coach technicians on the shift in maintenance data introducing into information systems. 6: PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Give recommendations on improvement of production process and equipment according to the standards and objectives. 7: EHS Follow all relevant EHS procedures and rules. Continuously strive for risk-free and healthy working environment within the own area of responsibility, seeking to ensure compliance to legal, EHS policies and procedures, avoid accidents, occupational illnesses and losses. 8: COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION: Cooperate with team members and other staff in order to accomplish Maintenance, safety, quality and production objectives. Ensure the transmission of necessary information in/between the teams and to the groups of support in order to ensure that production targets are met.
Maintains the technical conditions and performs activities to the assigned equipment in order to ensure the continuous and reliable operation, to maximize production and product quality according to safety standards.
