**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead project pre-sales activities, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process.
- Develop and organize project plans, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct customer training sessions to facilitate product understanding and usage.
- Manage projects effectively, from initial requirements gathering to final delivery.
- Analyze customer needs and provide feedback to enhance products and services.
- Conduct requirement analysis and competitive product analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Develop promotional materials and support marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility.
- Provide project and marketing support as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, cutting-edge technologies, and competitor offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the CCTV or security industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in project management.
- A minimum of 2 years in technical support or product management.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, technical support processes, and product features.
- Familiarity with market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business analysis.
- Ability to undertake major projects independently and guide technical discussions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and other foreign languages (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Demonstrated self-motivation, innovative thinking, and a strong service orientation.
