Pre-sales Engineer

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Support engineering business development sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in engineering, design, and technical studies services & solutions.
- Collaborate with business development, sales, projects, and engineering resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-making.
- Responsible for achieving a profit and productivity quota made up of the combined expectations of the sales resources, and the market.
- Works on deals assigned to the engineering business development team, and prioritizes effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit.
- Respond to inquiries and tender documents, write proposals, reports, and supporting bidding and paperwork.
- Meets client's due dates and bidding requirements & qualifications
- Secures essential input requirements from client stakeholders. Adapt solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
- Provides technical support to the sales & business development team to enhance their technical knowledge about the provided solutions and engineering proposals.
- Maintain the engineering sales pipeline and the quality & quantities of proposals that secure high potential.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Oil & Gas Engineering, Design, and/or Techno-Commercial Studies with a minimum of two years of relative presales & Proven technology skills in CRM, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets, in addition to AutoCAD, and Power BI as a preferable.
- Strong written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
- Fluent English is a must, and French is preferable.
