**Job Description: Project Sales Engineer**
**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers to promote Bellezza products.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the project sales market.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including technical advice, product selection, and project-specific customization.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and pricing in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and project satisfaction.
- Track and report project progress, sales activities, and market trends to management.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to represent the company and expand professional networks.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or similar fields preferred).
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the building materials or sanitary ware industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong technical understanding of engineering concepts related to sanitary ware.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
