**Role Purpose**:
The purpose of the role is to lead the effective delivery of the total rewards programs for Majid Al Futtaim group (40K+ Employees, 17 countries & 6 companies). The role holder leads and develops the Global Solution Total Rewards team to deliver best practices and achieve service excellence in line with the Global Solutions operating model & overall Majid Al Futtaim Group. Moreover, he/she is responsible for formulating the strategy of the Total Rewards of Majid Al Futtiam Global Solutions in conjunction with the cascaded strategy from the Total Rewards Center of Excellence. The role will need to partner tactically to advise, coach, influence, and challenge key stakeholders & Senior Management in total rewards matters to ensure the compensation decisions are understood and supported across the organization.

**Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Develop & set Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions Total Rewards delivery team strategy, KPIs & Objectives.
- Lead the delivery & implementation of all the total rewards programs according to the services Catalogue.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop a team of motivated, bright, and highly competent Total Rewards delivery professionals.
- Ensure a consistent service delivery of Total Reward services to Majid Al Futtaim group according to SLAs/KPIs
- Continuously monitoring service standards, driving customer service excellence, and creating a customer-oriented mindset across teams.
- Identify and implement service delivery improvement opportunities and projects each year that support the organization’s strategic and financial goals.
- Managing the different Operating Companies escalation & ensuring the right resolution to be taken
- Creates an environment that promotes a high-performing team atmosphere with motivation to learn and grow.
- Work in partnership with Centres of Excellence and the HR Business Partner organization to understand insights and ensure successful delivery of total reward programs
- Drive the ongoing Total Rewards service delivery transformation according to the Global Solutions Global benchmark operating model
- Provide support and advice to Human Capital Heads & Human Capital Business Partners (HCBP's) in different aspects of remuneration
- Review and provide inputs for comprehensive analytical reports when required for top management review
- Develop and maintain strong industry and competitive knowledge; have a strong understanding of global as well as industry-specific trends related to Global Solutions & Total Rewards.

**Functional/Technical Competencies**:

- Strong and demonstrated professional experience in implementing international compensation & benefits programs
- Expertise in managing multiple complex projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
- SAP technologies knowledge in EC & compensation modules
- Strong project management, organizational, and Excel skills
- Strong financial, problem solving and advanced analytical skills
- A strong knowledge of multiple Job Evaluation principles and benchmarking methodologies preferably at WTW / Mercer / Korn Ferry Certified Job evaluator with a proven record of leading job evaluation projects.

**Skillset (job-specific technical skills and behavioral competencies needed)**
- Practical & Excellent knowledge of defining processes, SLAs, and workload management
- Time management - ability to focus and get things done and know what business is critical; able to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity
- Co-ordination/planning/resource allocation - the ability to bring together different people with conflicting schedules/ideas and meet deadlines
- HR technologies knowledge (Experience of working in SAP SuccessFactors environment)
- Strong project management and reporting skills
- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take initiative and have a strong sense of ownership over shaping and executing Majid Al Futtaim Strategy and prioritized initiatives
- Proven track record of influencing, leading, and facilitating strategic initiatives with senior leaders.
