**Role Purpose**:
The purpose of the role is to manage the effective implementation and maintenance of compensation and benefits policies, as defined by the Total Rewards Centre of Expertise. The manager leads and develops their team within Total Rewards - Global Solutions and the relationships with other Human Capital teams, including the Total Rewards COE.

The Total Rewards Operations Manager builds internal and external networks as the compensation decisions are understood and supported across the organization. The manager works closely with the Human Capital teams, providing the evidence for decision making. Manager needs to ensure proposed policies fit overall within staff cost budget.

**ROLE PROFILE**:

- Work closely with Total Rewards Global Solutions Lead in implementing policies encompassing salaries, allowances, incentives, fixed and variable bonuses to ensure consistency and equity of Reward practices in the organization.
- Provide support for salary benchmark projects as required by Total Rewards COE.
- Review and validate Job evaluations run by the Total Rewards Specialist team
- Review and monitor salaries, allowances, incentives, fixed and variable bonuses to ensure alignment with policy through regular audits of employee data
- Provide support and advice to Human Capital Business Partners (HCBP's) in all aspects of remuneration and packages to be offered.
- Conduct data analysis and regularly update cost-effective rewards programs as and when required to recognize the employees' significant achievements.
- Ensure all job role profiles for various positions are evaluated to determine appropriate grade & base pay.

**Requirements**:
8+ years' experience in the core compensation and Benefits field
Graduate in relevant discipline
Strong and proven analytical skills
Knowledge of local labor law & geographies of Middle East, Africa and Central/South Asia.
Strong Negotiation skills
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic is a must.
