Job Description

At Caliberly, we are seeking a seasoned Corporate Revenue Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive corporate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with overall company objectives, focusing on market penetration and profitability.
    • Identify new market opportunities and drive the recruitment of strategic partners to expand our network.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing corporate sales team by setting clear goals and performance metrics, driving accountability, and delivering results.
  • Partnership Development:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities for growth and negotiating contracts that align with business objectives.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Collaborate with marketing to create effective corporate marketing programs and sales tools, enhancing partner sales capabilities.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor corporate sales performance, analyzing data, and preparing reports for executive leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product management, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for corporate initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developments, positioning yourself as a thought leader in the corporate sales space.
