Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the review process for target text compared to source text, ensuring translations are accurate, coherent, consistent, and compliant with tone while minimizing mistakes.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and offer coaching to direct reports to drive productivity and quality improvements.
  • Identify barriers to achieving accuracy, productivity, and quality, creating plans to address them and promoting a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Possess a strong sense of project ownership, identify opportunities for process improvements, solve complex issues, and proactively manage crises.
  • Develop, analyze, and improve new strategies, projects, and procedures to meet short- and long-term goals.
  • Cultivate translators' growth opportunities and internal promotions by providing guidance and support.
  • Foster an inspiring team culture based on open communication, inclusion, and high job satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • +5 years of experience in Translation (localization field)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Previous experience coordinating and coaching individuals.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High sense of urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Strong Leadership skills.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications. We strive to offer competitive compensation packages that reflect individual contributions to our organization.
