The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve our website's search engine ranking and attract high-quality traffic. Key objectives include:

  • Conducting an in-depth analysis of our website's SEO health through a thorough audit.
  • Utilizing expertise in keyword research to identify relevant search terms that drive qualified traffic to our site.
  • Implementing SEO best practices across all areas, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Developing and executing a data-driven content strategy that enhances website authority and user engagement.
  • Buidling high-quality backlinks from reputable websites to increase website trust and domain authority.
  • Utilizing analytics tools to closely monitor website traffic, search engine rankings, and key SEO metrics.
  • Compiling regular reports detailing progress, performance, and recommendations for further optimization.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (content marketing, development) to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all aspects of the website.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 2-3 years of experience in SEO execution and strategy development.
  • A proven track record of successfully improving website traffic and search engine rankings.
  • A strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Experience with SEO analytics tools and the ability to generate insightful reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to stay ahead of the SEO curve.

This role comes with a competitive annual salary of $65,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
