We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Strategist - Localization Expert to join our team at Laoret. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions.
About the Role- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Remote (with occasional on-site meetings)
- Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
- Industry: Software Localization
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the localization industry
- Education: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
- Language: Fluent English spoken and written
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; solid experience with CRM software and MS Office; ability to juggle multiple projects at a time

ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Account Strategist - Localization Expert will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing account strategies to drive business growth and retention
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Communicating progress and results to internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing client relationships
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
- Preparing reports on account status and performance
- Collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Strong understanding of the localization industry and its trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of driving business growth and retention
