  • Education: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
  • Language: Fluent English spoken and written
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; solid experience with CRM software and MS Office; ability to juggle multiple projects at a time

Responsibilities

The Senior Account Strategist - Localization Expert will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing account strategies to drive business growth and retention
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
  • Communicating progress and results to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying new business opportunities within existing client relationships
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
  • Preparing reports on account status and performance
  • Collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong understanding of the localization industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and retention
  • Fluent English spoken and written
