**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Caliberly. This role is responsible for driving corporate revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a dynamic sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives, identify new market opportunities, and drive the recruitment of strategic partners.
  • **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, set clear goals and performance metrics to drive accountability and results.
  • **Partnership Development**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, identify opportunities for growth, negotiate contracts and agreements that align with business objectives.
  • **Sales Enablement**: Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales tools and programs, provide training and resources to partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • **Performance Analysis**: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for executive leadership, utilize insights to optimize strategies and address challenges in real-time.
  • **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product management, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives, participate in executive leadership meetings to contribute to overall business strategy.
  • **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developments, act as a thought leader in the sales space and represent the company at industry events.

**What You'll Need**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
