Regional Sales and Account Management Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales and Account Management Executive to join our team at Laoret. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining existing client relationships. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new sales leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and account management skills, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage and develop existing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and growing revenue through strategic planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new sales leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the localization industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Fluent English spoken and written.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
