Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Laoret. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Job:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage and maintain an active pipeline of sales leads.
  • Achieve assigned revenue quotas and contribute to the overall growth of our business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls and emails.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients to showcase our services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted materials and campaigns.
  • Prepare sales contracts and quotes for customers, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Evaluate and process RFPs as necessary.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, revenue, invoices, and other key performance indicators.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and after-sales service to ensure long-term relationships.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the translation industry.
  • Strong understanding of translation and localization sales or business development principles.
  • Experience working closely with marketing teams to drive sales growth.
  • Successful track record in B2B sales, with a focus on closing new business.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, such as HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organized and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
