**Job Summary:**

To deliver high-quality resources according to project requirements and timelines while ensuring vendor support for assigned projects. This role involves maintaining a database of linguistic resources and identifying new sources to meet client needs.

  • Recruit, qualify, and develop external linguistic resources to meet client demands.
  • Analyze data to review the linguistic pool and ensure sufficient capacity to accommodate clients' needs.
  • Identify and recruit new specialized vendors to create and expand multilingual resource supply databases.
  • Define requirements for external resources and identify solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop test procedures for resource qualification and handle test translations and other work samples.
  • Support other departments by providing requested data and information.
  • Assist with resource requirements for tenders and quotations.
  • Monitor freelancer quotas and report to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for purchased services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor data and documents.
  • Update the capacity sheet with newly approved vendors.
  • Set up, follow up, and maintain contracts.
  • Support vendor integration and development by building partnerships and monitoring resource availability.
  • Serve as an escalation point for vendors and create partnerships focusing on vendor utilization, cost control, quality, and commitment to projects.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and language professionals community trends: benchmarking.
  • Liaise with local professional organizations and universities to promote talent management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Vendor Management (localization field)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • A second language is beneficial
  • Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High sense of urgency
  • Experience in negotiating and persuasion
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management

**Estimated Salary Range:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and experience.
